Commercial Junk Removal
Clear the unwanted items and keep the handover moving.
An office change, rental turnover or property clearance needs an agreed scope and someone authorized to approve it. LA Junk Haul works with business and property inquiries to define the unwanted items and practical access before scheduling.
Send the exact address, photographs, inventory and preferred dates. Include the site contact, loading arrangements and any handover deadline so availability can be discussed against the full job.

Define what leaves while protecting what stays.List desks, chairs, freestanding cabinets, tables and other unwanted furniture by room or removal area. Separate retained equipment and fixtures, and confirm the owner or authorized representative who can approve release.
Remove records, drives and confidential material from furniture before clearance. An ordinary furniture job is not a promise of certified data destruction, equipment decommissioning or removal of attached systems; describe those requirements separately.
Property Managers, Owners and Contractor Inquiries
Make authority and site coordination part of the scope. We welcome inquiries from property managers, owners, real-estate development teams and general contractors. For a rental turnover, confirm the authority to remove belongings and identify owner’s appliances and fittings that remain.
Label photographs by unit, room or storage area and name the person providing keys and approving the work. Agree site working hours, service entrances, lift access and loading so the appointment can be coordinated with other occupants and contractors.
Construction Materials and Light-Demolition Inquiries
Confirm the project requirements before work begins.Describe construction debris separately from office or household furniture, including material type, approximate quantity and access. For proposed shed, play-equipment or carpet removal, identify what is attached and the work you want assessed.
Confirm the applicable local hauler, permit and project arrangements before scheduling. A clearance inquiry does not by itself establish that a provider is authorized for every waste stream or that demolition is included. Agree the specific scope and exclusions before booking.
Hoarding, Gross Filth and Special Conditions
Describe the conditions at the first inquiry. For substantial accumulation or difficult conditions, review our hoarding and gross-filth information. Identify contamination, biological material or other special conditions before an ordinary clearance is arranged so the appropriate assessment and scope can be discussed.
List chemicals, paint, oils, batteries and electronics individually. Business waste should not use household drop-off assumptions: LA Sanitation publishes a small-business hazardous-waste program, while Orange County’s household guidance states its resident centers do not accept business waste. Confirm the appropriate route.
Commercial Clearance Estimates and Scheduling

Discuss handling, excluded materials and actual availability before booking, especially when a lease handover or another contractor depends on the space. Request a free estimate; for household-only work, see our residential service information.
Commercial Clearance FAQs
Agree the scope before setting the schedule.Who can inquire about a commercial clearance?
Business owners, property managers, authorized representatives and contractors can send the address, photographs, inventory and proposed timing for discussion.
What is needed for a multi-unit or multi-room estimate?
Label photographs by area, provide the full authorized list and identify the site contact, key arrangements, working hours and loading route.
Does furniture removal include confidential data destruction?
Do not assume so. Remove records and drives, and describe any data-destruction or equipment requirements separately.
Are construction debris and light demolition automatically included?
No. Describe the material and proposed work and confirm applicable collection, permit and project arrangements, scope and exclusions before booking.
Can business chemicals use household waste drop-off arrangements?
Check the correct business program and material requirements. Do not apply resident household-center assumptions to business waste.
How should special contamination or gross-filth conditions be handled in the inquiry?
Describe the conditions at the start so an appropriate assessment, handling route and scope can be discussed before ordinary clearance is arranged.
